  • Absolutely! Our 18-person conference room, The Summit, is available for public booking. Reserve The Summit today!

  • Yes! We offer weekly passes and Bulk Day Pass Bundles (5-pack or 10-pack) for those who need a professional space a few times a month without a full subscription. These passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The Cove and The Nook are available exclusively for our monthly and dedicated desk members. Once you become a member, you’ll receive a code to access our Members Only page, where you can find more information about each space and reserve them as needed.

  • We have a 12-space lot on-site. Overflow parking is available across the street at North Point Church.

  • For calls longer than 5 minutes, please use our soundproof booths or reserve one of our meeting rooms, The Cove or The Nook.

  • The $300 Monthly Membership is first-come, first-served. The $340 Dedicated Desk gives you a permanent, reserved spot in the Cozy House with a 3-month agreement.

  • Yes, we offer low-priced printing and copying. You will receive a personal code to track your usage.

  • Yes! We provide free coffee, tea, soda, and snacks. Feel free to contribute to our ‘Community Jar’ if you enjoy them!

  • Subscription members can host guests in reserved meeting rooms. Guests wanting to work in communal areas will need a day pass.

  • Permanent tenants and Dedicated Desk members can leave items; otherwise, we follow a ‘Clean Desk’ policy where you clear your station daily.
